K-Hole Descent
experimentNo. 0029categoryAltered statesrecordingpendingdataCC BY 4.0
The fly sits beside a club dance floor, separates from the room and descends through nested rings and door frames into a dark void of floating room fragments before rising back to the club.

Recording pending publication. Follow along for the release.
Setup
- Eight stages over 2:02, looping by default: club, detachment, fall, void, rooms without a floor, ascent, return, rest.
- The club has colored lights, eight dancers and a fly DJ; the subject descends 36 scene units.
- Cameras: Follow the descent, Club / surface, Void / full depth, Floating fly; travelling views retain the user's orbit offset.
Measurement
- Actual retinal columns from the changing scene feed the fixed-weight connectome during playback; highlights are measured spikes.
- Descent, rotation and room motion are pre-programmed and derived from timeline time.
Limitations
- The sequence consists of programmed visual effects; it is not a model of drug action or a prediction of anyone's experience.
- No pharmacology or drug-induced neural state is modeled.
