Red Laser DMT
experimentNo. 0033categoryAltered statesrecordingpendingrunsin browserdataCC BY 4.0
The fly watches a red laser projection on a wall as the room melts into a jeweled tunnel, twelve holographic fly figures present geometric jewels, and the room reassembles to its opening state.

Setup
- Nine stages over 2:32, looping by default: room, stare, melt, tunnel, machine elves, cathedral, fold, return, rest.
- A visible beam, rendered for display, connects the fly to a tabletop instrument; the wall projection uses original geometric glyphs.
- Twelve CT-derived fly figures become colored holograms with scan lines, rim lighting and articulated forelegs.
- Cameras: Fly / entire trip, Over the fly's shoulder, Laser / melting wall, Machine elves, Hyperspace cathedral.
Measurement
- Playback submits real canonical retinal samples to the fixed-weight connectome; highlights show measured responses.
- All effects are procedural geometry or shaders derived from timeline time; seeking and loops are deterministic.
Limitations
- There are no dosing controls, operating instructions or actual drug exposure; DMT pharmacology is not simulated.
- The scene does not infer that the fly experienced the imagery as a hallucination.
- The 650 nm laser report is a source for what was claimed, not proof that perceived symbols are an external code.
