Recording pending publication. Follow along for the release.

Setup

  • Six flies: the subject, an instructor and four classmates.
  • Seven stages over 88 seconds: places, stance, abdomen isolation, bounce, eight-count routine, solo and group finish.
  • Abdomen segments move through the anatomical rig's pitch and yaw joints while the body crouches and the legs brace. An eight-light count board follows the pre-programmed beat.
  • Rear, instructor and side cameras. Practice the routine jumps to the combined sequence.

Measurement

  • Retinal-only neural windows during playback, with fixed weights.
  • All dance movement is pre-programmed. The beat counter follows the programmed timeline and is not a neural learning score.

Limitations

  • The instruction is pre-programmed; no learning takes place in the fixed-weight model.
